From 29 June – 7 July 2024, step back in time and immerse yourself in the rich heritage of the Singapore Botanic Gardens (SBG) and Fort Canning Park (FCP). Discover the stories and history that have shaped our Gardens and Parks, as you explore the stunning landscapes. With a variety of programmes and events such as concerts, guided tours, workshops, and craft activities, there's something for everyone at this festival. Bring the whole family and enjoy the weekend at the Heritage Festival!
Free shuttle bus available between Botany Centre @ SBG and Fort Canning Centre @ FCP on 29 - 30 June & 6 - 7 July 2024 9am - 6pm.*

Digging Deep: An Adventure Game
30 June & 6, 7 July 2024 | 9am – 12pm, 4pm – 6pm | Various locations across FCP and SBG Embark on thrilling quests through Singapore Botanic Gardens and Fort Canning Park, solving puzzles and uncovering secrets. Complete both Digging Deep adventures to claim your ultimate prize and unlock the mysteries of Singapore's green treasures!
Starting point: Botany Centre @ SBG and Fort Canning Centre @ FCP No registration is required for this drop-in activity, suitable for ages 5 and above. Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by adults.

Living Story: An Interactive Exhibition
29 June - 7 July 2024 | 9am – 6pm | Green Pavilion @ SBG Living Story is an interactive event inviting visitors to share their personal stories, memories, and connections to the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Through a series of prompts and interactive platforms, participants are encouraged to reflect, express, and connect with others, exploring the rich and varied dimensions of human-plant interactions. Much like the reciprocity found in nature, exhibition participants will receive a seed pack - symbolising the growth and nurturing of new connections and memories. The exhibition aims to foster a sense of community by celebrating the intertwined relationship between humans and nature, offering an opportunity for visitors to contribute to a collective narrative that highlights the diverse ways in which people relate to the natural world. A Botanical Feast on Wheels
29, 30 June & 6, 7 July 2024 | 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm & 4pm | Drop off points at Botany Centre @ SBG & Fort Canning Centre @ SBG A Botanical Feast on Wheels is an immersive journey between the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Fort Canning Park. Enjoy culinary delights and storytelling as we explore botanical origins, orchid blooms, native fruits, and resilient roots, savouring the flavours and rich history of Singapore’s botanical heritage. Our journey highlights fascinating food plants that have played a significant role in the region’s cultural and culinary traditions such as ginger at the Ginger Garden in the Singapore Botanic Gardens and pandan at the Spice Garden in Fort Canning Park. Join us as we uncover the stories and significance behind these plants set against the backdrop of Singapore’s historical timeline. Suitable for ages 8 and above. 12 years and below must be accompanied by adults.

Craft Drop in Activities
Join us for hands-on craft activities, including building your own miniature brick garden and creating whimsical wind chimes. No registration is required for this drop-in activity, suitable for ages 5 and above. Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by adults.

Guided Tours Join our volunteer guides as they take you on a journey to explore the ins and outs of Singapore Botanic Gardens and Fort Canning Park.
