Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form An aquatic fern, it has a creeping growth form. 
Foliage The fronds consist of 4 leaflets borne on long petioles. The leaflets are wedge-shaped and are deeply lobed. 
Habitat It is found around the edges of seasonal pools and along water bodies up to 200m in altitude.
