Wonderful news that that the Spore Botanic Garden has got UNESCO status, the only garden in Asia to get it, and only one of three such in the world! My family and I have spent a lot of happy time there, and we also used to exercise there at one time. Its a beautiful, tranquil space in the city, and is always appreciated also by our foreign friends. It would be a good idea to bring a local food court in there, as the footfall of Singapore families there increases in the coming years. Congratulations and felicitations to all who did a lot of work preparing the dossier for UNESCO!
