Description and Ethnobotany

Foliage The leaves are light green, mottled with dark green splotches.  
Flowers The flowers measure up to 8 cm wide and are borne on a terminal, single-flowered inflorescence. The flowers consist of a white, conspicuous dorsal sepal with green vein running along its length. The lateral petals are light green, covered with small protrusions with green veins running along its length, the flower lip is yellow-green in colour.
