Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form A monopodial climbing orchid. It climbs by means of its roots and can reach up to 70cm in height. 
Foliage The leaves are V-shaped in cross-section and can grow up to 25cm long and 2cm wide. 
Flowers The fragrant flowers are borne on a raceme which can grow longer than the leaves. The flower petals and sepals are yellow with brownish streaks along the length of the surface. 
Cultivation It is ideally grown under partial sun, in very free draining growing media.
