Transshipment of veterinary biologics

An AVS-issued transshipment licence is required for each shipment of veterinary biologics transiting Singapore. Veterinary biologics includes veterinary vaccines and pathogens on our select list.

The fee for obtaining the transshipment licence is S$22 per consignment.

Submit your application for a transshipment licence for pathogens via TradeNet.

You must provide the appropriate HS codes and product codes in your application. The lists of product codes is available here.
