Inspection and sampling

Importers of all veterinary biologics except samples for diagnostic testing are required to book an inspection appointment via our inspection and laboratory e-services website before the date of arrival.

Contact the Changi Animal & Plant Quarantine Station (CAPQ) to notify them of the planned date of departure five days before your consignment is due to leave the country.

Audit of premises

To renew your licence to possess veterinary biologics, your storage or research premises must undergo our audit inspection, and your operations must be deemed satisfactory.

Our officers may also carry out surprise checks on your premises as and when inspections are deemed fit.
