You must apply online via Application for NParks’ Plant Health Laboratory Services | FormSG and obtain your assigned reference identification number before you can submit your samples to Animal and Plant Health Centre.

You should submit your samples for analysis immediately after selecting and preparing your samples.
If you are unable to do so, keep them refrigerated between 5 to 10°C.

You should receive your test results within 7 to 14 days depending on the test and sample type and upon payment.
You will be notified if the test results take longer than 14 days.
For example, incubation tests, and very wet and sticky soil samples may require more than 14 days to complete.
The official report will be sent to you based on your preferred method of receiving the report as indicated during your online application submission and upon payment.
Based on the findings in the report, you may engage a landscape maintenance or treatment provider to carry out the recommendations given.
