What to do
Refer to the following steps for online sample submission:
1. Prepare the necessary items
You should have the following ready before making your online application:
- Valid email address or mobile phone number
- GIRO or online payment
- (If you are submitting as an individual) Your Singpass mobile app or account details.
- (If you are submitting on behalf of a company) Your Corppass mobile app or account details.
2. Application process & sample submission
Online application for our laboratory services is available at inspection & laboratory e-Services
Please be informed that iFAST e-services for application of NParks laboratory services will be unavailable due to a scheduled system transition starting from 4.00pm on 21 February 2025, until 11.59pm on 23 February 2025.
New Application Process:
You can start submitting new applications via the new NParks M2 AVS eService portal at Application for NParks’ Plant Health Laboratory Services | FormSGfrom12:00 AM on 24 February 2025.
Please submit your samples along with the assigned reference identification number. When submitting, kindly inform the staff at the counter of your reference identification number for proper processing.
