How to submit your development plan

All development plans must be submitted via CORENET 2.0.

Application fees

You must pay the relevant application fees for selected submissions at the Development Control (DC) and Building Plan (BP) stages.

If you are applying under the Self-Declaration (SD) scheme, you must pay the application fee for each application.

Submissions will only be processed after we have received the correct fee amount for your application. NParks will not be liable for any delays to your development project due to non-payment or errors in fee payment.  

For non-compliance applications

If your development projects are unable to comply with our requirements at the DC or BP stages, you may submit the non-compliance application form via CORENET 2.0 for approval.

We will evaluate each submission on a case-by-case basis as we understand that every project is unique.
