Free Admission to Art Exhibition. Lewin Terrace will be holding its first art exhibition within its outlet in January, coinciding with the Singapore Art Week 2016. The exhibition will feature the works of Singaporean artists collected by Japanese art lovers and those of Japanese artists collected by Singaporean art lovers. The organisers hope that this show can play a role in developing cultural exchanges between the two countries and the art field in the future. This exhibition is jointly organised with Warehouse TERRADA, a Japanese art storage company, and Helu-Trans (S) Pte Ltd, a Singaporean art handler and storage provider, and is supported by the Japan National Tourist Organisation. Graffiti Masterpieces on Canvas Exhibition Location: Singapore Pinacotheque de Paris at Fort Canning Park Exhibition dates: 23 January to 25 June 2016 Singapore Pinacotheque de Paris holds its first graffiti exhibition, 'Pressionism: Graffiti Masterpieces on Canvas'. The exhibition brings together more than 100 artworks done by graffiti artists from all over the world. It traces the hidden history of the graffiti art movement and illustrates the aesthetic developments in the movement and the most elaborate styles of great masters of this art form. Visitors will encounter contemporary masterpieces by Futura, Kool Koor and Rammellzee, as well as works by local talents like Zero, Anti and TraseOne.
