Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form An epiphytic orchid, it has an ascending growth habit. 
Foliage The leaves are borne on pseudobulbs which are erect and firm. The leaves are dark green, and are slightly bilobed. Leaves measure about 10cm long and 3 to 4cm wide. 
Stems It has a woody rhizome. 
Flowers The flowers are solitary, borne on a stalk about 100 to 150mm long. The flowers have light green sepals and petals.
