Trade of Non-CITES Listed Wildlife
All commercial import, export, or re-export of non-CITES listed wildlife products must be declared via TradeNet. For export and re-export consignments, some countries require certification from Singapore that the intended species to be exported/re-exported are non-CITES species.
Commercial re-export of non-CITES wildlife like ostrich skins, is allowed after you apply for and obtain a Non-CITES Certificate online via GoBusiness.

Under Sections 8 and 9 of the Wildlife Act, approval from the Director-General is required for importing living wildlife or selling or exporting any wildlife. Please write in to CITES@nparks.gov.sg to get approval from Director-General/Wildlife Management. Approval requests will be processed within 30 working days of receipt.
