Herbs and Spices

Understand more about the herbs and spices commonly used in Asian cooking! This workshop will explore their historical significance, uses as herbal remedies and methods of propagation.  

 

Over 3 hours, attendees will learn about:  

 

  1. Herbs vs spices, what are they?  
  2. Different types of herbs, spices, and local products in which they are found
  3. Propagation of common herb and spice plants
