It is the exporter's (and the exporter's forwarding agent's) responsibility to obtain information about these requirements before exporting plant or plant products to any country, and ensure the information provided is accurate and updated.
If your plants or plant products are exported and do not meet the importing country’s requirements, they will not be accepted upon arrival.
Failure to comply with these regulations can result in delays, fines or even the destruction of your shipment.
