Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form A twinning climber.
Foliage Glossy dark green, compound leaves, oppositely arranged along the stem. Leaves are variegated with creamy yellow. The leaflets are oval to lanceolate in shape, with smooth and entire margin.
Stems Vines are slender and evergreen. 
Flowers Flowers are trumpet-shaped, white with dark pink throat. Flowers are borne in hanging clusters (panicle).
Fruit Fruits are boat-shaped pods, which split open and release many seeds. 
Etymology The genus Pandorea means Pandora's, which means surprising, in reference to the many seeds release once the fruit capsule split open. The specific epithet jasminoides means jasmine-like.
