Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form An epiphyte, it has a monopodial growth form. 
Foliage The leaves are arranged alternately and can grow up to 20cm in length. 
Flowers The flowers are borne on a raceme and measure about 3cm wide. The flower petals and sepals are cream with red spots while the flower lip is red and has a smooth texture.
