Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form Terrestrial herb to 30cm tall; in shaded and wet areas near streams.
Foliage Fronds bright green , pinnate, to 1m in length. Pinnae 3 to 4 pairs, the lowest with a basiscopic lobe.
Reproductive Parts - non-flowering plant Sori rusty brown, on ends of free veinlets on undersurface of fertile fronds.
