Native Distribution Of horticultural origin - this is a hybrid between Sinningia hirsuta and Sinningia kautskyi, created by Dave Zaitlin & Mauro Peixoto.

Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form Tuberous herb to 12cm tall, stems short, giving this species a rosette like appearance.
Foliage Leaves soft hairy, to 4cm in length, mid green to dull olive green. Petioles dull reddish - purplish green.
Flowers Flowers white - pale bluish white/ lavender, throat with purple markings.
