Description

Description Males have red face and dark grey eyes. Dark brown thorax and red abdomen. Females are reddish brown.

Habitats Forest, Freshwater, Parks & Gardens
Distribution A rather common species in our parks. It is recorded from Kent Ridge, Bishan Park and Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West among others. Widespread in tropical Asia.
